This Exchanges & Returns Policy applies only to products purchased from www.hfjourney.com
HF Journey faces masks are not eligible for return and exchange due to the high hygiene nature of the product.
Do not ship the products to be exchanged or returned on your own without us authorizing the same as we may not be able to process such exchanges or returns.
Products from End of Season/Clearance Sale/Discounted price or products that come as free as part of a deal are not applicable for Returns/Exchanges/Refund.
Kindly do not accept the package from the courier delivery personnel if the packaging looks damaged.
